Christopher Posada

Founder of CP Sharp, technology evangelist and self-described “hacker” Christopher Posada founded CP Sharp in 2012 because he recognized that the talent he and others around him had honed throughout their careers was dwindling. He is the primary technical driver behind the company and believes in using only the best tools for the job. Chris is extremely client centric and thrives on the thought of delivering a work at the highest satisfaction and expectations. Chris plays guitar and cajon in his free time and he loves playing PS4 with his cousin.

Nishar Fatema

Brain behind the creativity and passion for driving the business to next level is always the vision of Nishar. Being based out of New York, she is the co-founder of CP Sharp, worked in Germany, Singapore, India and now in US. Right from finding a right partner to work with and to deliver the project with excellence is major part of her responsibility. Client’s feedback is extremely important for her to move the firm in right direction. She loves traveling and seeking a passion through various cultural phenomena around her including design & technology.

Humble Beginnings

Manhattan groans in the cold. In the center of the city which never sleeps, two serial entrepreneurs heatedly argue in a restaurant. On the menu is the best grill in the city. Despite the basement patio view, the aroma of succulent steak pours from the 5th avenue dive. The Founder rolls his eyes, arrogant as usual, though his mind stirs with the ideas his co-founder has forced into his vision.
The founder of CP Sharp, Chris Posada, is purely left-brained. To be clear he’s always had an ego too big to entertain wild right-brained ideas. She did have a point though. Beyond the table at which they sat the ideas they spoke of seemed to resonate- as if everyone had the same goal but they were missing the key to realization. Together Both Nishar and he were eager to explore the potential in responsive technology that was fast becoming available via web based platforms.
To us, it was hard to understand why traditional enterprises had so far been unable to grasp new technology in the same way that blossoming internet companies had. We decided then that taking on the challenge of adapting creative approaches towards stale business modeling, while bringing innovation to the demystification of business trends had the potential to bring a fresh and beneficial perspective to aging industries.
